Established in 2014, it recognises brands that use the platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional customer feedback. The awards are unique because they truly reflect a business's dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers. Feefo has presented Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. To reach this level in 2026, Fluid has demonstrated a three-year streak of excellence, consistently earning a Feefo service rating of 4.5 or higher from a minimum of 50 verified reviews annually since 2023. This will be the 11th year in a row that Fluid has received a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, and they are beyond thrilled.  Aaron Loveridge, Chief Revenue Officer of Brand Revolution (the global marketing agency that Fluid is now a part of), congratulates the team: “Winning Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award once again is a real moment of pride for us. Reaching eleven consecutive wins is no small feat, and it speaks volumes about the consistency, care and passion our team brings to everything they do.
