How do I register for Fluid Rewards?
When you place an order with us, you’ll receive an email inviting you to sign up for our rewards platform.
If you want to sign up before that, or missed the email, you can log in via the sign-up page below - and then we’ll do the rest behind the scenes.
When do I receive my Fluid Reward points?
When your order has been delivered and the final invoice has been issued, we'll allocate your points to your rewards account. You'll get a notification email to let you know when we've allocated your points.
How long do points last?
Points are valid for 24 months from the date of award - but don’t worry, we’ll send you a points expiry reminder email before their expiry date.
What can you buy with Fluid Rewards?
Using your points, you can redeem your points on a massive range of gifts, experiences, and even charity donations**. You can browse the range and keep a track of your points on your personalised rewards page once you’ve signed up.
What is Rewarding Referrals?
Do you know a friend or colleague who would love to earn points on their Fluid purchases, too? If you refer them to Fluid Rewards, then both you and your friend will receive an extra 2000 reward points (that’s the equivalent of £100) when they place their first order!
