After a year where businesses large and small saw a great number of challenges, Fluid are super proud to announce that they have been awarded the highest level of service award from Feefo for the sixth year in a row!

Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights. 

This status is awarded to businesses who meet the highest standards, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating. A highly valued badge of approval, this accreditation remains unique as it is based purely on interactions with real customers - all reviews on Feefo are verified as genuine, meaning the accreditation is a true reflection of Fluid’s commitment to outstanding service.
