How to place an order?
You can place an order by either contacting us through an order form, calling us at 03300130352, or chatting with us via live chat.
If you fill in a form, we aim to be in contact with you within 24 hours to discuss your project. If you call or chat with us via live chat, we’ll be able to help you instantly. If not, we’ll take your details down and get back in touch within 24 hours.
How to pay for your order?
There are two ways you can pay for your order with us. Either, you can pay via proforma, or on account.
1) Proforma payment
If this is your first time working with us, you’ll most likely be asked to pay for your order upfront with a proforma payment. This may also be the case if you do not have a credit account with us.
For proforma payments, you can pay:
- By credit or debit card (by using the ‘PAY NOW’ link on the proforma invoice we’ve emailed to you)
- Or via BACS/CHAPS – bank details are included on your proforma invoice.
2) Credit Account
If you have a credit account with us, usually you’ll have to pay within 30 days of the date on the invoice. We’ll send over your invoice once your order has been delivered.
Once your invoice has been received, you can either pay for your order with:
- BACS/CHAPS online payment (our bank details will be on your invoice)
- By credit/debit card. If you’d like to pay by credit/debit card, you can call the accounts team here at Fluid at 03300130352 - just have your order number ready!
How do I order samples?
If you’d like to order samples, please discuss this with your merchandise consultant.
Depending on the item, we can either offer plain samples (not branded) or branded ones. Either may incur a charge, and branded ones may take a few weeks to produce, so it’s best to discuss the exact details with your merchandise consultant. You can get in touch here.
How do I order a proof?
You cannot order a proof on its own. A proof is only provided once your enquiry and quote have gone through to order, and we’re in the stages of finalising your artwork on your chosen products.
If you’d like to see a mock-up of your artwork on your items before proceeding to order, we can quickly create a visual for you, or order some branded samples. Please speak to your merchandise consultant for more information.
How do I order a visual?
You can order a visual by requesting this from your merchandise consultant. We’ll need to know what artwork you’d like on the items, and have this in a print-ready format if possible.
