Hosted at the lovely [Launchpad](https://www.falmouth.ac.uk/launchpad) ([*an inspiring venture studio where candidates develop startup ideas with the support of entrepreneurs in residence and mentors*)](https://www.falmouth.ac.uk/launchpad), within Falmouth University’s Penryn campus, fellow Cornish B Corps gathered together to celebrate. These covered a range of diverse topics, such as:  - **Workplace Wellbeing**: How to create a happy/supportive workplace, where kindness, trust and communication were identified as key factors for high-performing teams.  Hosted by Bella from FlexiHex. - **Future Workforce**: Update on changes to employment law.
