When zombies have better taste 

 

1. When your artwork is just… bad 

We’ve all seen some truly questionable artwork in our time. From slogans that shouldn’t have seen the light of day to logos that have truly lost the plot. These nightmare branding combinations are enough to keep us up at night!

But don’t fret, if you think you’ve got questionable artwork, our studio team will save the day with their talent and artistic flare.

 

2. When you prefer the plastic product

With so many awesome sustainable and eco-friendly merchandise options available nowadays, it makes us jump out of our skin when someone is adamant about getting brandable plastic items (or worse… non-reusable). 

Luckily, thanks to the ban on single-use plastic items that came into force on the 1st of October, we’ve got a lot less to be scared about now. Phew!

3. When a product is suddenly out of stock

Believe us when we say having a product suddenly go out of stock makes us shiver in a cold sweat. We can check levels daily, hourly, even every minute, yet when we come to place your order, you bet sometimes the stock just won’t be there. 

That’s why our merchandise stores are so good - we’re able to keep the stock in our warehouse so you can call it off as soon as you need it.

4. When everyone orders the same thing 

We’ve all succumbed to  #trends at some point or another. Be it in fashion or social media. However, when it comes to promotional products, when everyone orders the same thing it can really put a strain on stock levels, plus, then your brand is just like everyone else's - ew.

5. When couriers lose a delivery 

Unfortunately, couriers are out of our control. When they lose a delivery, it’s not only heartbreaking for you, but for us too! The amount of work that’s gone into making that order perfect for you is gone in a toss of a box. 

We try to minimise our courier issues by only using reliable delivery methods. We only use trusted third parties with outstanding track records when it comes to delivering your orders. That way, we know we’re doing all we can to reduce any lost deliveries. 

 

6. When couriers are late 

We’ve got a tracking reference. Great! 

We track it daily and everything looks like it’s going smoothly. Awesome! 

We track it one final time to check it’s 100% on its way and we’re greeted with the message, “Your order has been delayed”. NO. 

We always work hard to give as much time as possible for deliveries to allow for any delays that may occur. From incorporating this into our ordering process to letting you know upfront if we think your merch is at risk of missing your event, our ethos is to stay open and honest with you through every stage of your ordering journey.

7. When the deadlines are TIGHT

We know merchandise is wonderful and in a dream world we’d love to deliver it instantly to you. However, perfection takes time! Time that we understand you don’t always have. 

That’s why we’re here for you if you needed your merch yesterday. We’ll take your event deadline into consideration with any product suggestions, making sure you’re aware of what we need from you the whole way through.

8. When you throw away your merch afterwards

We get it, you’ve got enough reusable water bottles or badges or pencils at home, but do you really need to throw away your merch? 

Ideas: You can give it to your family, donate it, or keep it for a rainy day. 

Or, better yet, why not order merch that has meaning, that makes a difference? That can be recycled, reused or repurposed. That way, no merch has to suffer at the hands of reduced cupboard space.
